Fill out the contact form, indicating whether you'd like to request a return, an exchange, or if you have any concerns about your order.
Please provide your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
What Happens Next: Once we receive your form:
We’ll review your request and get back to you with the next steps within 2 business days.
If a return is confirmed, we’ll guide you through the process and provide any necessary information to send your item(s) back.
For exchanges, let us know the replacement item(s) you're eyeing, and we’ll handle the swap.
Condition of Returned Items
We ask that returned items be in the same condition you received them—unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Help us help you by keeping everything tidy and intact.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve got your returned item. We’ll also let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns may be subject to restocking fees, but we’ll always let you know in advance.
